My programs are completely free.

I wrote these guide books with three goals in mind:

1) To be extremely clear

2) To be broadly applicable

3) To sufficiently educate

These guides are bigger than a workout. They more than just a list of exercises with sets and reps. I want to you to walk away with a well-rounded knowledge, knowing why you do things.

However, there are two rules for any of them.

1) You need to read all of it carefully. If you take your time, I believe you will follow just fine. I provide an audio read through as well, in case you are more of an auditory learner.

2) You must also have access to a reasonably well-equipped gym. This will not work if you just have a few dumbbells, a kettlebell, and a band at home. You’ll need access to a variety of exercises and more weight than you can currently handle. There are plenty of good ways to train without these things, but these guides does not offer any of them.
