•It’s simple… cut the unnecessary details, restrictions, and rules that result in burnout. A program you can stick with is priority number one.

•It’s effective… because you’ll actually do it. Most programs would get you results, but they won’t work if you don’t finish the program.

•It’s flexible… online coaching works anywhere on earth with any schedule.

Keeping yourself fit and healthy only gets harder as you get older and (rightly) focus on success in other areas of your life—loving a spouse, raising kids, developing your business or career, etc.

I’ve developed my approach to online coaching with reality in mind.

•Do you ever have days that don’t go as planned so you miss workouts or overeat?
•Do you ever travel, drop all your healthy habits, and come back full of regret and frustration?
•Do you constantly hear new nutritional and lifestyle information that seems urgent, while you already struggle with the basics?
•Or maybe you just want to work with a coach in a more affordable way on your own schedule in a setting of your choice.

Instead, imagine a program that develops with you,
leading you into awesomeness at a pace you can actually follow.

I can’t work with everyone. You have to be dedicated to doing what you said you would do… I will give you the tools and keep you accountable, but I am not here to argue with you every week and drag you through your program. I will encourage you and help you back to your feet, but you have to be willing to meet me halfway.

The application that follows will help me figure out if you are a good candidate for this system. If not, I will give you as much information as I can and point you in the right direction.
